1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qrdin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Qrdin is a subscription-based web application that enables restaurant owners to:

• Create and manage digital menus
• Generate QR codes for customer access
• Process online and offline payments
• Manage restaurant operations

3. Account Registration

To use Qrdin, restaurant owners must:

• Register an account by selecting a subscription plan
• Pay the applicable registration fee
• Provide accurate and complete information

3.1 Non-Refundable Fees

All registration and subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the Service experiences downtime or fails to operate for any period of time, including the entire month.

4. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are based on the number of tables required by the restaurant. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

4.1 Payment Processing

For online payments, restaurants must configure their own Razorpay API keys. Qrdin is not responsible for payment processing failures due to incorrect API configuration.

5. User Responsibilities

Restaurant owners agree to:

• Maintain accurate menu information
• Ensure food safety and quality standards
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Secure their account credentials

6. Service Availability

Qrdin strives to maintain 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that could temporarily interrupt access to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qrdin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Qrdin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
